Shia's entrepreneurial expertise is evident through her successful ventures. As an expert in residential real estate investing and property management, she has over 15 years of experience. Her commitment to innovation extends to creating systems and integrating automation and AI to streamline business operations and everyday life, reflecting her forward-thinking approach.

Prior to founding Baccous, Shia accumulated over 15 years of experience in the government contracting sector, serving as a Department of State contractor. In her role as Program Control Manager for 13 years, she expertly managed project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. Before this, she served as a Software Test Engineer for three years, ensuring the reliability of mission-critical software systems.

Shia's comprehensive experience in government contracting, augmented by her PMI PMP certification, provides her with a profound understanding of procurement processes and project management methodologies. Her dedication to client success and excellence has positioned Baccous as a trusted partner for clients.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shia is deeply involved in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and advocating for women in business. She also enjoys Hand Dancing, Argentine Tango, and is a member of a West Coast Swing team. Additionally, she is an avid road cyclist.
